To provide the ultimate customer service, we do accept returns for unworn hats with the tags still attached within 14 days of purchasing. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot accept returns for hats that have been worn.

In stock orders will be shipped  within 3 business days.  Please note, you will receive your order within 5 to 9 business days from the day we ship it.  Delays/cancellations may occur if an item is out of stock.  If that is the case, you will be contacted by customer service.  Please allow extra time for orders placed on holidays or weekends.
